Return & Refund Policy — Yiwu Market Australia
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described. Due to the nature of wholesale small goods, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be returned to our Sunshine West, VIC warehouse at the buyer's cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for faulty or incorrectly sent items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders For wholesale orders, please inspect all goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies or damage within 48 hours. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at sales@yiwumarket.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
